Marriott International, needed promotional materials for their "Reimagining the Future of Travel" event hosted at the prestige JW Marriott New York. The overall goal of the event was to gather feedback on how the hotel chain could improve their services. But, rather than gathering feedback through a traditional survey box, customers were able to share their ideas as well as experience the brand as a whole. With the assistance of NewsOne, JW Marriott New York was able to generate awareness of the event; as well as produce a diverse brand experience for guests to participate, pitch their innovative solutions, and interact with guest speakers.
