I’m a visual artist and Creative Director based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Working across painting, illustration, and digital media, I create contemporary figurative artwork that brings together expressive portraiture, organic forms, and vibrant color. Inspired by people, nature, and everyday moments, my work explores themes of identity, growth, connection, and belonging.

Much of my professional career has taken place within corporate and commercial design environments, where I’ve created work in response to client, brand, and business objectives. My independent artistic practice has developed along a different path. I began publicly sharing and exhibiting more of my personal artwork around 2018, with much of my current practice taking shape after 2020. Since then, I’ve become increasingly intentional about building my body of work through painting, digital illustration, exhibitions, and opportunities to share my art with broader audiences.

Drawing from a multidisciplinary background in fine art, graphic design, and product design, I bring an understanding of visual communication, creative problem-solving, collaboration, and storytelling to my artistic practice. My independent work also gives me space to experiment more freely with color, form, character, and self-expression. Through bold color, stylized forms, and expressive details, I create work that moves between playful and reflective while leaving room for viewers to bring their own experiences and interpretations.
