Project Overview
Marriott International set out to reimagine the future of travel with an exclusive JW Marriott New York event designed to explore how hospitality can evolve for the modern traveler. This pre-COVID initiative invited guests to share insights on working while traveling through an immersive, in-person experience — moving beyond traditional surveys toward genuine connection and engagement.
Guests participated in collaborative ideation sessions, interacted with industry influencers, and experienced Marriott’s hospitality firsthand. The event, amplified through NewsOne’s coverage, helped strengthen Marriott’s commitment to innovation, connection, and the guest experience.
